I used to have a TD account and an Ameritrade account. Now I have 2 TDA accounts. I don't know whether it's changed, but Ameritrade had MUCH better commissions on penny stocks.

It was me. It has been speculated on this board that if you were a former TDWaterhouse customer, you may have to call it in. I was a former Ameritrade customer. Why the difference? I have no idea. Called and spoke to a rep. today because I didn't get filled at .02 after I had seen it go there 3 times. During the conversation, I asked that question. He was unaware that they had now or in the past had any restrictions on XKEM. I also told him that customers don't like restrictions. We are grown-ups and can make our own mistakes....if that were to be the case. Not the case here. I know this doesn't really help, but....Elan J
