To be honest, I wouldnt be surprised if we have to wait a while. Unless he has many more real estate properties he owns, is operating, or selling, who knows.
Right now that is the only listing I see. Would like to know what properties he has purchased and is working on. All I know is that this could be well worth the wait in the long term. $50 Mill company is no big deal in real estate.
