You got me started on some further sleuthing.

Turns out that cvsciences.com was registered by SELAH ABRAMS on July 14, 2015. Expires July 14, 2019. Sponsor of cvsciences.com is BlueHost. So five months left before I assume this domain gets transferred to CV Sciences. Not sure how that works.

He was Director of Media and Technology at CV Sciences, Inc. from Feb 2014 – 2018

LinkedIn "Experience" says:

I assume he'll be using CBD sourced from CV Sciences for his Private Label Manufacturing business.

It was a good move to buy domain not only .com but also .org and .Net
You don't want anyone to come later with similar product and use similar domain.
Domain doesn't cost that much anyway.

I did notice the NS1,NS2 Bluehost being the same for the CVSI domains.
If they are domains of CVSI why would you cover the .net and .org?

Interesting that topic came up as I have no interest in CVSI Domains, they are, have been and always will be an OTC Ticker.

However I am in negotiations to buy the ZYXI Domains. Made my first offer at 5:00 A.M, received a counter offer about 30 minutes ago and if they accept my counter to theirs I’ll own them hopefully selling them to Zynex Inc who as of February 12 will move from the OTC to NASDAQ.

When I saw a real uplist had taken place it was my first thought. A cursory search showed their website being https://www.zynex.com

Yes, thus my speculation that Selah Abram's MHE Manufacturing company might be the facility that produces the new "rebranded" product.
