The FDA doesn't have any issue with industrial hemp itself, but does rightly claim jurisdiction when a product like this is added to food or drink.

PURA will just have to deal with the growing pains and FDA rules and potential product liability.

Many who are familiar with Colorado may have seen the reports of harmful pesticides and carcinogens present in legal recreational cannabis in the state. That is why it is required to be tested by a lab.

Well, hemp can have the same issues, including dangerous residues from some extraction processes, mold spores, and heavy metals.

the only issue is big pharma (gw pharmaceuticals) pays the corrupt fda to protect their products, dont want competition from over the counter cbd sales
