So it might be more like 50M @ 45c net or so, $25M'sh.

So this still brings us though BLA.
Would be nice if NP finds just a few big investors for this.

Regarding sales force, it might not be rocket science but it is expensive. I have seen many who failed here and loaded lots of debt. Also needs good connections, marketing etc - very expensive.

So if we are not able to get a (GOOD) distributor, that means we get no positive market validation and need to leverage value even more under current interest rates and shark-pool debt covenants.
