I was allowed finally by Schwab to conert CTs from traditional IRA to a Roth account I hold but I was not allowed to transfer the OBS as it is escrowed and is showing no value.

So I will have to pay substantial taxes on the OBS if they ever hit.
Glad that I was able to move traditionl IRA TO Roth however.
