Apologies but it looked to me like someone replied to you citing the conclusions of scotia bank and other agencies like citron. Then you posted the article after your inquiry was given clarification. Didnt mean any offense just figured you were raising fear to short. Basically the short report was disproven by various individual ratings agencies with feet on the ground.
