That’s about right. But approved up to 600mm I think. Which I think will be maxed out in the near term. I would use the 600mm to be conservative in any models

now add ~7M, so fully diluted ~500M indeed.

100M to go until AS reached and I hope until then the partnership comes in 1H19. Otherwise they need to increase AS of course, which is just at 600M today.
