it is going to take some major healing and some major progress to move this stock

I wonder whether the PPS will explode when/if we finally get the F-1, or if people will completely ignore it based on the unforgivable mess-ups (lies) about the cash- and TRW-dividends.

One thing is sure; many people will sell part of their shares when the PPS does start to move upwards, making us having to fight all the way up (like you guys experienced in 2015 or whatnot)
