I´ve seldom seen a company publishing RS plus positive results on the same day, that would be the smartest way to attract and support shareholders bc they wouldn´t risk losing any penny. Seen the most negative example in HSGx in October, published talks to FDA for BLA (didn´t finally meet endpoint), BUT dilution news only hours later. Never understand such behavior, they could´ve let it at least ride another 100% up. As a result of trading and watching biotechs for some years already: be careful, expect the most negative strategy by the company and let them surprise you positively in some cases (which gonna make you hit the jackpot!). Using stop losses is very helpful ;)

PS: 1-2 or 1-4 RS makes no sense regarding Nasdaq requirements plus trying to attract investors instead of traders. I´d say 1-10
