What they would be buying, if anything at all, is the Augusta, ME facility. Excuse me, they don't own the building, so they'd be buying equipment. Could be wrong, but that small parcel isn't worth anything to CGC. Small potatoes and with 500 Million I would think they're looking for a substantial piece of land. Nothing in New York to buy. But hey, great that you got out with a profit. A wise man once said, "you can't go broke on a small profit."
