You're right, this plan really does involve receivership. Kudos to you for finding proof.
Of course, it also involves specific Congressional action so it's highly unlikely to happen. But those who responded to Joe Light saying that receivership wasn't part of the plan, well, didn't actually read the plan. They reflect poorly on the rest of us shareholders.
Joe Light is sometimes a mild troll, but he is usually credible. Some here like to conflate him with John Carney, a blathering idiot who just wants to see GSE shareholders burn.
