That's the deadline for the previous board of directors to show up and defend themselves. If nobody comes BFCH will be able to cancel the shares with no objection. Whether they have to file more paper work to do so, I have no idea. But I think a week or 2 after 2/10 we should get a massive update from the company.

Don’t forget, there were I think two court dates last year in the fall the previous owners never showed up to. So this has been documented over and over. IMO, new management is crossing their T’s and dotting their i’s.
