this baby is not moving up because of Next weeks conference, it was long due for it to move into green!, it is just a normal move, as far Next weeks's conference and its impact, will happen on Tuesday!, some Monday activity and then the rest of week it will run from the conference influence!!.
with or without conference, this puppy has to move on, as it tanked and tanked and then tanked!!….Now it is rocket time!!..
