Hope like hell you’re right Scout. I’m personally hoping for scenario 2. If the business plan/model was solid before Sean got turfed, I believe it’s twice as sound with the right leaders at the helm.

A premature sale would cut the potential of this thing waaay short imo.

Agree with you. But was Sean setup somehow? I mean, why on earth did he some bizarre self dealing, if that’s the critical point here. At least one of them, according to the Citron report. You always/usually get busted, so don’t get that part at all. Ok, have to admit - that party thing was stupid idea. Maybe it's his character.. He is not ready for steering the big ship?

This company (or atleast this kind of business model) will eventually be Amazon of cannabis, but buyout comes first.
