I disagree. Once the financials are set after securing financing the stock should rise rapidly to a price where it is valued at. Sure it could be a few days, weeks, or months, know one knows. If all depends on who wants in and how much they want to buy after the numbers are released.
As they secure more off takes the stock will climb. Finally, another spike will be once it does come out of the ground.
