I would imagine they do quite a bit on the private marketing side not to mention this is a penny stock that runs a full conference each year. That is alone tiers above any penny stock. There is a danger in the penny world to promote yourself through the normal penny channels. Most promotions are just that, promotions and get you the bad rep as a scam.
I would imagine LIGA has limited money to truly market the company as they are growing, but we should see more from them as they have news to bring in heavier hitting investors. Just IMO.
