HPIL - I'd say this is a likely scenario too. With the volume in the last 8-10 trading days, there has been enough volume for them to get the notes paid.
The price / volume action in that timeframe was very calculated and strategic so as not to crash the price and drive buyers off.
Then at about 11:00 EST today the volume slowed dramatically.
Strategic selling done perhaps?
An 8K stating that all notes have been paid and the company is current could very well happen.
If you note the dates that the company releases their PR's, on average, they seem to favor Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Lets see what tomorrow brings.
