Will that even be possible at this point though? I mean let’s be realistic about where this stands. All of this dilution was for an acquisition that is fully defunct and useless. They took our money and we got zip in return but diluted to hell. All Alex has done so far about it, aside from keeping the failure a secret from investors for 8 long months while trying to sell how wonderful everything is, is to have a polite chat. F*ck the polite chat and sue them already. File criminal charges if they won’t pay up. Enough is enough. The filing they signed says they have to make the company whole if they misrepresented anything. Get it done. Nothing ever gets done here. Except share issuance. That’s continual. Jmo
