#3964 RE: MarketStrategy #3960

I've talked with Shaun several times. Bottom line is if he can get the financing he needs, then we get news and the company moves forward with their plans and a huge pending catalyst he says they been working on. FWIW, he's never gave me a timeline for when to expect news.

He did say there's one funder lined up that's a big fan of LFC and very interested, but they want to see the stock more active/liquid and preferably at a higher pps before giving him any money.

But if no financing, it looks like we're just going to sit here collecting cobwebs until he gets free handouts for events and free media coverage.

I asked about a r/s, his view point is if he does it, we'll just be back in the .000's in a matter of no time because of the 2 lenders that still have conversion rights. In my opinion, he's too cheap to pay the fees associated with a r/s but, either way, it looks like no r/s coming any time in the foreseeable future.

So far he's managed to pull off a few events a year, keep the company current with the SEC, and generate a HUGE social media following. In his interview the other week he stated that we should get the 10K on time... how confident is he we'll get the financing we need???... only he knows... but to make that statement shows he ain't given up yet.

With 809 million shares o/s $BOTY should be a prime target for traders... but w/ a CEO who doesn't know how to pull together regular updates about company performance and too cheap to release news on the main market wires or even iHub for that matter, it's not going to be an easy task, especially going against convertible funders selling shares into the market.

He does use twitter daily but for the girls, not the ticker. The company stock info is outdated on the website and on the OTC... asked several times if he could update the co. info but still the info sits there outdated.

I honestly don't know how someone can pay to keep a company SEC current and just completely ignore co. info on the website and OTC... except I really think he has complexes about the OTC market... in my opinion he comes across as he thinks convertible funding is the death of the company... won't update the s/s on the OTC because of the increase in the a/s to 5 billion... he's just too much old school thinking and until he changes that, it's going to be a rough ride IMO.

Anyways... go $BOTY
