part of the concern of course is, it moves up before the r/s. Kind of wondering what their priority is as a result of this merger, reduce the share count outstanding to meet some ratio criteria..

or will it be strictly to get the price above the minimum listing reqts.

Worst case will be, they r/s, AND announce something 'really' positive at the same time and demand drags it higher...

Had north of 50000 shares at 22.5 cents/sh cost basis, and was looking forward to its heading for a $.. Did not want to see it get there as a result of a r/s..
