You can put them anywhere on your body(recommend nowhere with hair though lol)...The active ingredients are absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream to be distributed throughout your whole body. You have to kind of play with the dosage, its not a one size fits all when it comes to usage for certain thing like serious pain relief you may need more than what is available in one patch
