Yeah... I believe there were some sort of "business" dealings between them before. But, for some reason BlackHawk decided they didn't any longer want to be associated with WDBG. Could be many things. A deal that went bad, trust was lost/broken, Maybe some name dropping by Doherty that wasn't welcomed, authorities asking questions? Who knows. Thing is, BlackHawk doesn't look to be a part of this any longer, if it really ever was.
