Is the link hidden if Zimmer paid Sonny's research team a milestone payment in 2017 when Dvorak was CEO? Or was the timing of all that coincidence?

Something youve never really touched on, but why is Sonny CEO? Clearly hes still very involved in research and that's what will yield him the largest return on his investment for years to come. Seems like unnecessary scrutiny to take on the roles of Chairman and CEO...
