MB., what you said is often the case in the Penny stock Field... but then, there are Co's that survived and became successes, though few in number! I had two myself, but I didn't HOLD long enough to see the lofty profits some made by staying put!
Gers has some things going for it, though the Alleged Infringements cases, if the defendants win, will set-back Gers for who knows how many years?
It is not easy to regain 10+/- years of R&D that has stopped due to lost revenue from all those alleged Infringers, and costs of the lawsuits, then alone to see how much MONEY was lost due to the far fewer patents that were brought forth?
But since OUR Patents are confirmed, presiding Judges would be out of their minds to not see the value of those Patents, and the thefts that so often accompany new patents in the Rat race competition found in the Business World! That is highly recognized in this field especially, where small Co's are concerned, who do not have the money and time to devote to Infringement cases? There are many verdicts that substantiated Patents over objections to the contrary, but then again, each case is unique and brings new facts to surface, making our case especially interesting to say the least! I don't like to use Numbers as they cannot be verified so easily, but I would say that there are many more winners who have substantiated Patents, than those who so easily misinterpret the Infringement Laws, and have little to base their Lawsuit objections on? With that in mind, who knows the Patents and details better than GERS, who invented the processes and machinery involved? With all the Patents they have, and all the Companies who Contracted to use our stuff, and for years, Gers should have much more Scientific material to base their Lawsuits on, but that is just MY OPINION?
One thing I have noticed is that the Boys are very Creative, determined and have solid characters to enter into the picture, while some of the Defendants might not have anywhere near such a Sterling record as Gers has? I hope they used those assumed advantages to good use? Of the maybe 25 Co's I invested-in over the years, (Twenty five or so,) the only managements teams I trusted were Gers and another Co' that was founded by 2 research Scientists from the Los Alamos Laboratories in New Mexico? I have faith, but that can be dampened by evidence I know nothing about, but as I said before, the purest minds don't come from established Business People that often, (who generally don't trust Business-people themselves,) but from Scientists who have a much more Pure attitude, simply because they are involved in Product development more than anything else? They generally want to offer the World something special that they developed themselves, and who have more pride of righteousness than the average business person has? IMO only...
