The revised version where there is supposed to be a substantial reduction in fees.

I would like to contact Battelle and get their side of the story about a fee reduction.

Was the contract filed with the SEC?
I see references to their licensing fees and a royalty with minimum annual amount paid - but haven’t found the amount of that royalty or the contract yet. I would imagine it is in one of their filings as they are reporting to the
