So filing the financial and having them filed on the otc markets does not hold him to any standard. If he is faking those does that not get reflected on the taxes filed every year. I guess I don’t understand how a public company filing financials on a public exchange can be made up when eventually it would come out and that would require jail time. Please explain this or are you just making stuff up.
