Convertible debt, in some forms, has a use.

For companies like MMEX-scam, it would be irrelevant as to the specific instrument; convertible debt, convertible bonds, and convertible preferred shares all have the same, exact impact if they are floor-less.

Unfortunately for MMEX retail “investors,” MMEX-scam does not have access to legitimate lenders, who would underwrite traditional debt deals for either form of equity, or bond based loans.

Because MMEX-scam isn’t a legitimate business, the “management team” has no concerns along these lines - MMEX-scam is a share-selling scheme, and has no intention of actually building anything, or running a real business. Convertible bonds rely on an actual business, so this isn’t an option for MMEX-scam.

Finance is hard, and should be left to professionals - the disasters like MMEX-scam rely on clueless retail “investors,” many who suffer from Dunning-Krueger Syndrome. That’s how scams like MMEX, and con-men like Mad J. exist.

I agree about what you say about Jack's use of Convertible Debt via these notes paid back by selling the company shares. Other larger companies are doing Convertible Bonds. Let's go Hanks!! Time to make the donuts instead of talking about it!!

MMEX will never be able to get any other financing than toxic notes. They have got boatloads of toxic baggage that will not go away until MMEX finally folds up or MMEX goes through several Reverse Splits and an INSANE AMOUNT of repetitive dilution during each and every reverse split. Seen this too many times, exact same process.

This happens ALL THE TIME when OTC penny stocks do exactly what MMEX is doing now. It is basically MMEX throwing in the towel and getting as much capital as they can for more "Administrative Expenses".

MMEX screwed over all the shareholders at the time of the "groundbreaking" over95% losses. They were very, very, very, very very, sure MMEX was not going to let them down.

MMEX is currently screwing over the current shareholders AND every single current buyer of this stock as their is no chance of recovery from this NASTY of all TOXIC DEATH SPIRALS.

MMEX is setting up to be one of the bigger TOXIC WASTELAND penny stocks that has happened on the OTC ...... and that is saying alot.
