Hopefully we will get some answers soon. I am cautiously optimistic about SPDL though. It would make no sense to dilute at this point. I think they would have maxed out the old AS first if that was their intention. Most probably the the AS raise was for the upcoming transaction figured at .002 because that was the stock price when the 8k was released... we'll see. Shouldn't we be at least seeing a form 14c pretty soon?
