Who Would "Short" An EBPP&H Delivery Appointment Guardian?

UBER, LYFT & other delivery services, need an Appointment Guardian. Too strange to believe, in 2001 "LA" Hoch Industries launched an Appointment Guardian Service for real-estate sales agents. Mr. Hoch's AG Service is no longer in business, but the knowledge he acquired, has potential.

An Appointment Guardian working with UBER, would help guard consumers and guard against bogus transactions, when deliveries of people and goods move A-B, in-between and to final destination.

Steve Ehrlich & "LA" Hoch could team, develop, & deploy an Appointment Guardian Payment Data Service (System.)
