Keeping my eyes on Nebraska Legislative Bill 335 which would expand the 24/7 program statewide from its current two counties, Douglas and Lancaster. Passage is a long ways to go, we're not at the governors desk yet, but it is heading to a Judiciary Committee very soon, like tomorrow, which is in the past if you are reading this. Bueller

Diamond in the rough.

February SD 24/7 tests administered down third month in a row on a comparative basis. Without knowing scope of price increase, we can't determine if actual revenues are up or down. Or can we?

2018 tests administered were up about 10 percent from 2017. So price increases were good for revenues, not insignificantly.

I saw on one retail website that they were selling the patch for $60.

I will have to do a lot more work to see if $60 is a typical number. But for now, I am going to use that number just so I make a post that will explain the stock action over the past few months, so read on.

Again, a price increase from PCHM was being passed along. If I remember, the typical patch was retailed from $40-$50.

I will estimate that the price increase could be anywhere from 20-50%. It's a wide range. Price increases are GOOD for revenues, even if it comes at the expense of demand.

Revenues may still be growing at a minimum of ten percent a year.

The sample size was as small as possible, but my negative stance on the effect of price increases may have been very wrong. I will cease acting on my own incorrect analysis. Who doesn't understand what I am saying?

The price increase is larger that the drop off in demand, the net effect, higher revenues, higher earnings, higher dividends.

In 2017, they were picking up record amounts of new customers with price hikes. Let's assume the same for 2018.

Finally, it's my understanding that there will be more communication this year.

Still a diamond in the rough.
