Just to be clear the settlement was not in the form of toxic debt. You haven’t been transparent about that. It is a fixed amount of shares. The only way Einhaus could get more than the 475,000 shares awarded to him is from the anti-dilution clause.
This settlement is included as part of the current share structure.
