It's not news til the company tells us the parameters of the new structure. Right now all we've got is a changed email address leading us to the subsidiary of another company.

It’s speculation at best.
Three different profiles for the company. OTC says looking for a merger, Bloomberg says mobile application developer with energy producers inc. email, TDA shows cantech cancer fighting biotech, who knows.....but a ticket that trades 1.4b shares, out of the blue, wasn’t a pump and dump.
