Thanks, P2P! Your summary seems to be spot on and why I try to stay away from the "legal side", other than in the broadest terms. The system is convoluted and assigning too much weight to a given date is problematic ...YES, I KNOW I DO IT!

That being said, there are a few catalysts for VPLM coming in the next 7 days or so.

So many dates/moving parts make it tough assign huge weight to any. We are in court!!!

Things will happen when they do. We've been here many years and we are seeing progress, which a few days, either way, isn't going to kill.
