In case you hadn’t noticed, Forum energy directly contacted the DOE and formally requested the lifting of the FM weeks ago. This tells me negotiations have advanced farther then has been publicly disclosed, as they should. Imo.
Udenna makes its final payment on its subscription of shares of PXP in March. $200 m has already been raised and allocated for the further exploration of SC72. Its all been disclosed in news reports and filings.
