fine- Disagree totally, but expected your reply. World Health and private profiteering don't go hand in hand. Just look at World Health Org. Maybe Washington DC's HIV will be eliminated in 2030 but globally in under-supported countries HIV will be a health issue far beyond 2030 just as many other treatable illnesses are not available. If your cough allows, in 2030 you will still read of HIV.. newborn etc.

Finesand - just started to read some posts and came to your ,
Respectfully disagree ,
now in USA different numbers showing VL below 50vopies/ml , it is between 40-48% of patients .
This is a number when HIV is consider not transmissible..

So little over 50% patients in USA can actively transmit this disease ..

Those numbers are much worse in Africa , Central and South America ..
More and more newly transmitted HIV is with Drug resistant virus ..

This problem imo will stay with us for a very long time since vaccination is not coming soon ,
This is what could stop this problem.
