The next Q should be due by the end of next week. Really hope its on time, but who knows tbh weve been let down before. Still believe there is tons of upside here and holding but its been a rough ride for sure.

We wont see any Sky revenues in fiscal 2019 ending June30 imo.I'm not clear if the deal including 2 year due diligence audit intended for audit to be completed in Jan or starts in Jan..??..Either way, tough to comprehend a thorough 2 year audit including inventory completed in one month for a $40m company, assuming fiscal year ends Dec31..Also, SGMD has six months to file S1 and raise funds (couple months minimum?) for acquisition once DD completed..Finally, Jimmy has tweaked his $70m revenue guidance in PRs from fiscal year 2019 (ends June30,2019) to calender year 2019 (ends Dec31,2019)..Jimmy's timeline change allows an extra 6 months to finalize acquisitions...gl
