Yes, 10% gain. No doubt there are those that have been holding PCLI for years waiting for an exit.

Their mistake, imo.

Now we wait for the share structure and R/M name. Intl Venture does not usually involve themselves with companies that have bloated A/S and O/S, from what I can read from their Twitter feed.

I have requested they forward any and all information to their Twitter account as soon as confirmed to be announced.
