As an aside, should the FDA ban alcohol because some people, a lot of people, drink too much and ruin their livers, kill themselves, and destroy their lives? If you smoke 3 cigarettes a day, no harm will really come of it over the long haul. Having a cocktail a day vs a fifth of vodka might be analogous to having a few ciggies a day vs a pack of unfiltered Camels.
