I was completely accurate about the assessment of Russo - she was the Senior Director of Finance at Rosetta Genomics when they filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and liquidated their assets.

So Russo was a poor choice as the CFO of OWCP - it seems OWCP left out that with her financial guidance the company liquidated their assets.

I can't wait to see her employment agreement.
