Jyyoo
SIAF/Triway are doing very well regarding day to day business.
Slowly growing.......
But they need some cash to increase the speed.
Angola deal likely to be real in a not to distant future. That will give creditors some confidence.

I assume they can do this even without the $100M loan?

Especially without the $100M loan. I think the reason why they are growing White Shrimp at the MF is because they don't have any money. The baby shrimp hardly cost anything. Neither do the algae which they use as feed.

So this is a cheap way to generate some good cash flow. If, they can get the harvest density up to 10 kg/m3.

Rotating fish costs money. Because you have to buy the fish from suppliers. But the stocking density is almost 10x higher, which also means it is more profitable than growing White shrimp. Perhaps, they can get a good supply from FF2 or one of the cooperatives they are working on/with.

For White shrimp though, you should think 3G ODRAS. Solomon believes he can get up to 240MT from one hectare. To put this in perspective, they would need only 8 hectares to equal the total output from 2 buildings when growing shrimp. At a fraction ($10M) of the cost ($80M).
Well, half of that 240MT is what they can do already, and it is good enough. So I hope that Tony will talk about ODRAS and cooperatives in China. Not APRAS. But I don't know. Will be interesting.

Really has anything Tony said at a conference come to fruition. He's good at talking not producing. On the way back maybe he can fly to Ohio and at least pay his respects to Dan's widow the CFO he never met.
