The facts are that Russo was Senior Director of Finance at Rosetta Genomics when the company filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and liquidated their assets.

Is this person qualified to be a CFO of a public company that is already financially distressed - the answer is absolutely not.

The 8-K seemed to have left out this important piece of information.

I found that the company that OWCP was bragging about had liquidated their assets - Russo was a very poor choice as the new CFO.
