I don't have access to Level 2 info, so unless it just shows up on current B/A, I don't see it. In any case, that's quite a few shares. And, I'm not sure if an 8-k would be required for Kratz since he wasn't an Officer or Director, but if required, I'm sure we'll see it in the next day or so. I figured there would need to be some time lapse between Sabby's 5% share acquisition and releasing "BIG" news. It does seem to be a bit quieter than usual, yet speaking with their silence.
