Apparently Brad never bothered to report those 4.5 billion shares then. There is nothing in any disclosure stating 4.5 billion shares were issued to Tunnela. By the way Tunnela is not Paranotek, Mick Davis is and 7 billion shares were to be reserved for Paranotek not 4.5 billion. SMH
