Like another poster expressed, DSGT has done their homework in using the name. Done deal. Legal. Now, knowing how they pulled it off is significant. The term 'Raptor' is already being used for the purpose of selling multi-person golf carts. That legality has been settled somewhere, I believe DSGT has tied into it somehow AND that is going to benefit them.
