Imo that STOP warning is scaring off any new investors. Could be they need to take a break from collaborating on projects FIVE different states, file their overdue quarterly reports and hire a frikkin lawyer to write an opinion letter and get this turd CURRENT. It's had an OTC warning since MAY already!
