i'm actually surprised more private companies don't list otc. considering how many of these tickers are pure crap, a real deal would be a true diamond in the rough.

maybe the newco got some commons and preferreds, so they have first lien on assets.

if so, a one-tick gainer on their equity is 100% return.

and if this is first of several acquisitions, the leverage gets much better.
