Yes, if you look at their Twitter feed you will notice they have done the same for many companies....

I watched almost 500 million shares trade hands in the last months. The stock was at .0001 before the buying began.

Seems to me Intl Venture Society is a middleman in handling all the paperwork, etc. necessary for a new entity to take over the symbol completely. Intl Venture will be at the hearing tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. I expect a tweet that they have succeeded in taking full custodianship of PCLI, with an announcement shortly after what entity has taken control from Intl Venture.

My opinion only.

First time I have seen this, and am learning as I go.
