Can't disagree Gonfishun, there's no evidence to suggest otherwise. Just wishful 8ks that are pretty dated at this point.

LOL...just noticed your post...yes yes yes about that website and yes yes yes yes to selling the shell...a reverse merger might be a very good thing...and I don't think a reverse split would come with it...even with the 1.2 billion shares added the share structure does not seem to be diluted IMO...hard telling...this shell may have been on the market for a couple of years now considering that website is hard to take seriously as being effort by management/JN....who seems to be all by himself in this empire of tiny storage building on wheels....which only seems to exist on the website....yea...I hope his efforts is to find a buyer of the LPPI ticker.
