There are many, many reasons they cannot get financing. Many.

No workers, no proof the patents can work (the peer review is written by one of the board members of this trash), no lab, no DIN, no DEL...negative balance sheets since inception.....

All things being relative....the PPS is still pathetic. Yes, manilupated up to .02 from .007...some of their pumps did that....or whatever, that won't last. This used to trade over a dollar, when the storied scam started.
GHS is about the best they can do. Which IMO is bad news, historically a dilution machine by design.
And lastly. Its "UP TO" 10 MILL, not 10mill.....via the S1....they need to sell A LOT OF SHARES TO RAISE THAT!!!!!!
